By registering, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain your account security, and use the OpenVPN-based services lawfully and responsibly.
Business & Startup Support
This service is intended for approved OpenVPN subscription access and managed configuration delivery. Higher-capacity usage should use the plan level that matches the required access volume.
Administrative Review
Subscription requests are subject to administrative review and may be accepted, delayed, or rejected at the administrator’s discretion. Approval does not guarantee uninterrupted access, and plan availability may change over time.
Sharing Policy
Users are allowed to share configs with friends and family. That allowance does not permit fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, platform attacks, or any use that damages service stability or violates applicable law.
Payments & Fees
We accept cryptocurrency payments, including USDT and other supported currencies, subject to confirmation. PayPal is available on request, and the payee is responsible for PayPal fees and related transaction costs.
Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended, restricted, or banned for abuse, fraud, payment disputes, harmful usage, misrepresentation, or policy violations. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity at our sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall VPN Ocean be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or connection stability.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international business laws. Any disputes arising from the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the service provider.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Any fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
